Y’all… I’ve have been slacking, but it’s okay to have a little hall pass! First off, I’ve been hella busy work-wise. Lots of listings happening and trying to get them some love. And I’ve had 4 out of town folks trying to get into homes. Plus- rentals have been a thing these days with the high prices and higher rates! Then… I had poison oak, which doesn’t sound fun to work out with which led me to being stagnant. What are those? Sound like excuses to me! It’s time to shine! First off, I have to remember that this starts my day off right, really helps my mental state, and makes me drink water in the morning lol.
