Cilantro Lime Chicken Soup

You guys, this is such a great soup even for the Spring time. So get your ingredients ready and let’s make it together! One white onion, chopped finely 2 small jalapenos, chopped finely 2 tblsp. chopped garlic 2 cartons of chicken broth 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken 1 can cannelini beans, drained 2-4 limes using 1+ tblsp lime zest and juice 1-2 tblsp chopped cilantro Seasonings: Cumin, Chipotle Chili Powder, Paprika, Ground Oregano, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and pepper. Cooked Jasmine rice (about 2 cups). Put the bowls together. Rice goes in first, add the soup and top with monterey jack cheese, avocado and sour cream. And a little more lime juice.
