If you’re buying new construction around Buda/Kyle, this is the part that gets people.
The design center.
Most buyers end up spending way more there than they planned, and a lot of those upgrades don’t really come back to you later.
Quick way to think about it:
Structural stuff (floor plan, ceilings, windows) → worth it
Cosmetic stuff (floors, paint, backsplash) → usually cheaper after closing
And always negotiate the base price first, not the upgrades
I put this together because I’ve seen people overspend here more than anywhere else in the process.
