Another UNDER CONTRACT and another REFERRAL!!
So grateful for this friend that has sent me several people and I’ve been able to help them over the years - and even received more people from them! It’s the greatest honor to have someone trust me to help them and their people with such a big and important decision in a season of change.
This sweet family is relocating from NC for a job opportunity and we spent this past weekend looking at new construction in Dripping Springs - and found the one in the amazing community of Headwaters because location truly is everything. And the one thing you can never change.
This will be a quick and swift close and they will be in Texas by the end of the month - and I’ve offered free babysitting!
