Prices have come down from where they were, and there are a lot more listings on the market now, so you’ve got more options to work with.
What’s really driving things is new construction. Builders are setting the tone on pricing, so resale homes have to stay competitive with that.
From a buyer’s perspective, it just means you have more leverage and more choices than you did before.
From a seller’s side, pricing right from the start matters more than ever!!
