Happy Closing Day to this sweet...

Happy Closing Day to this sweet family moving from DFW to New Braunfels for a promotion and the gift of being closer to family!!
I got to know this family as a referral from a client and after lots of home searching, getting their current home listed, an offer that didn’t work out, and lots of strong negotiations they are moving into their dream home with equity and a bright future!
Thank you to my amazing teammate @loanswithtg who helped keep this train going and not crashing - and showing up for an early morning closing (with a photo of me 😂) when I couldn’t be there!
Teamwork makes the dream work…and I absolutely love that I get to help people and families create a home, a future, and investment.
